Organizational Development and Design Lead

Nestlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Riyadh Industrial Area)

Main Purpose of Job:

To enhance organizational effectiveness and design, implement Total Rewards Policies and strategies throughout the market to ensure that they generate a competitive advantage for the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talent accordingly. This fosters a high-performance culture, making the most out of people's talents and helping them develop to their full potential. We lead the performance management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Total Rewards: We design the local Total Rewards Strategy to be implemented across the company, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational objectives.
  2. Enhancing Total Reward Capabilities: We enhance Total Reward capabilities in the market through functional leadership in compensation and benefits. This ensures competitive and attractive rewards packages for employees.
  3. Job Analysis and Evaluation: We apply effective job analysis and job evaluation processes and methodologies to accurately determine job roles, responsibilities, and appropriate compensation levels.
  4. Cost Tracking and Control: We support the market in effectively tracking the costs of Total Rewards per employee. This ensures budget compliance and cost control measures are in place.
  5. Benchmarking and Pay Structures: We conduct a benchmarking study to compare the company's pay structures with industry competitors. Then we design competitive pay structures to attract and retain top talent.
  6. Organizational Development: We assess the organization, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
  7. Talent Development: We design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  8. Employee Engagement: We design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This fosters a positive work environment.

Key Experiences and Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  2. Experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  3. Experience in Organizational Development.
  4. Experience in Employee Cost Management/Budgeting.
  5. Project Management Experience.
  6. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating mastery in advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis.
