IT Infrastructure Manager

Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server, storage, and telecommunications systems.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure and data.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Knowledge / Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of network, server, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading IT projects and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certification in IT infrastructure management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
