Job Description
  • Oversee the execution of MEP systems installation, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage procurement processes for MEP materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve design discrepancies and optimize project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting timelines as necessary.
  • Lead the commissioning process of MEP systems, ensuring they meet operational standards and performance expectations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems, providing innovative solutions to complex construction challenges.
  • Ensure all documentation related to MEP systems is accurately maintained, including as-built drawings and compliance certificates.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years of dedicated experience in MEP project management within the infrastructure sector.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with proven ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety regulations and practices, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel.
