Job Objective

Ensure tracking, analyzing, and controlling project costs to guarantee execution within approved budgets, and provide accurate periodic reports to management to aid in effective financial decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare project budgets in coordination with technical and financial teams.
  2. Monitor actual costs against planned budgets and analyze variances.
  3. Prepare periodic reports on cost status and key performance indicators.
  4. Coordinate with the planning team to update schedules and cost estimates.
  5. Support invoicing processes and financial settlements for suppliers and contractors.
  6. Verify the accuracy of costs entered in the financial system.
  7. Propose suggestions to improve spending efficiency and reduce waste.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of project closure reports and financial performance analysis.
  9. Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial policies.
Qualifications Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or in Accounting/Finance.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in cost control in construction projects or engineering industries.
  3. Proficiency in software such as MS Excel, Primavera P6, and ERP Systems.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and engineering data.
  5. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
  1. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Cost Control (CCP) is a plus.
  2. Strong communication skills and teamwork.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
