We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will help in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and bidding processes. As an Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities, structuring joint ventures, and ensuring the success of partnerships with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Research industry and market dynamics
  2. Conduct modeling and financial analyses
  3. Participate in writing financial reports
  4. Bidding and Proposal Management
  5. Assist in financial planning efforts
  6. Conduct in-depth feasibility studies for proposed projects, assessing technical, financial, and market viability
  7. Support the structuring and negotiation of joint venture agreements with foreign companies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Master's degree (MBA/Finance) or CFA certification is a plus.
  3. 4-5 years of experience in financial modeling, feasibility studies, and bidding within the investment, private equity, or consulting sectors preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  1. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing cross-border investments, localization, and industrialization in KSA
  2. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with international teams.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
  4. Familiarity with valuation methodologies (DCF, NPV, IRR, etc.).
  5. Experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
