Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write and edit English/Arabic content (emails, reports, proposals), handle translations where needed, and ensure professional and consistent messaging.
Training Programs & Syllabus Development:
Develop training materials, outlines, and scripts, leveraging LLMs and other tools to create comprehensive training content.
Strategy & Research:
Conduct research for strategy, next steps actions, and industry best practices; compile findings into structured presentations or reports.
Prompt Engineering & AI Utilization:
Experiment with and implement large language model (LLM) capabilities for content creation, training outlines, or knowledge base development.
Performance Measurement & OKRs:
Collaborate with leadership to define OKRs/KPIs for training initiatives and support performance evaluation processes.
Ideal Skills & Experience :
- Strong writing skills in both English and Arabic
- Familiarity or willingness to learn LLM-based tools and prompt engineering
- Background in curriculum design or training program development (including feasibility, budgeting, and scheduling)
- Ability to research and synthesize industry trends, best practices, and training materials
- Comfortable with documentation, flow charts, and structured outlines
- Basic project management capabilities (organizing training logistics, monitoring deadlines)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic
- Familiarity (or willingness to learn) LLM-based tools for content creation and prompt engineering
- Experience with training program development, including budgeting and ROI analysis
- Strong research and analytical skills to support strategic planning and proposals
- Ability to create clear, structured documentation and flow charts for training modules
