Job Description
We are looking for a highly talented senior Product Designer to join our Fintech domain. If you're eager to make a significant impact, collaborate with a highly skilled and diverse design team, and thrive in a dynamic B2C environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

As a Senior Product Designer at Hungerstation, you'll:

• Develop deep domain knowledge of Fintech and collaborate to solve the toughest problems.
• Understand the problem space through generative research, synthesizing insights, and running workshops to design a wow customer experience.
• Govern a design system in a thoughtful way, evaluating and continuously improving the user experience.
• Understand the different areas of our product and where HungerStation standards should be applied.
• Create simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to detail and scalability.
• Work with the Product Managers to define your focus areas and contribute to the overall direction of your product area while measuring ongoing improvement.
• Get continuous feedback from the users through different stages of the problem-solving process.
• Facilitate cross-functional, collaborative workshops focused on achieving desired outcomes, such as generating ideas, soliciting feedback, and more.
• Use and evolve our design system to design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features.
• Continuously improve design processes, knowledge, and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality.
• Proactively drive cooperation within the design chapter & contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments.
• Regularly present your work to peers, stakeholders, and leaders for review and feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Previous experience working in the Saudi market and/or with start-ups.
• Prior experience in Fintech, BNPL or Banking domain is a must.
• Demonstrated expertise in highly agile or Scrum-based environments, particularly within KSA-based start-ups.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable mobile and web products.
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with JIRA and Notion is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in building and managing design systems is highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.
• Candidates must attach their portfolio or a Figma file with full access to demonstrate their work.
