As a Corporate Sr. Account Manager specializing in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with corporate clients. Your main goal will be to drive the adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within your account portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them realize the value of Microsoft Cloud technologies and fostering long-term partnerships.
About the Position:
In this role, you will develop and implement account strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, understand business objectives, and align Microsoft Cloud solutions to address client needs. As the main point of contact for client interactions, you'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide strategic advice based on industry trends.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud solutions within assigned corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and priorities, ensuring Microsoft Cloud solutions align with their evolving needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead clients in their digital transformation journeys by advising them on how Microsoft Cloud solutions can optimize their operations, increase agility, and enhance business efficiency.
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and updates on account performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth to internal leadership teams.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as presales, solution architects, project managers, and technical engineers, to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Coordinate with Ctelecoms finance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure all client dealings and contracts are in alignment with internal processes and policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks within your accounts, such as potential churn, by addressing client concerns proactively and maintaining high levels of engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews and budget discussions with clients, providing insights, recommendations, and value-added services.
- Ability to assess client needs, identify challenges, and propose comprehensive Microsoft cloud-based solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
- Work with Microsoft Saudi Account Executives and third-party vendors to collaborate on mutual opportunities and enhance the overall solution offering for clients, driving additional value from Microsoft Cloud services.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, offering clients strategic advice based on market insights.
Qualification (Education/Work Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven success in account management or client relationship roles, with 3 years of experience in the cloud computing sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate how technology solutions impact client business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
- Willingness to travel 30% within the assigned region.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to manage account data, track opportunities, and produce accurate sales forecasts.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud solution sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the context of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Recommended: Relevant foundational certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) are required.
