About the Role- Monitoring of Project's Quality tasks, ensuring that every member of the project has the awareness of the quality requirements, Quality management plan and procedures including specification and requirements.
- Review the Contractor's Quality Management Plan and procedure and provide feedback to Quality Manager on their status.
- Review the Contractor's Inspection and Test Plan (IPT)s, Quality Reports, Site Testing reports in compliance with quality requirements.
- Provide guidance to the Project Manager and Project Engineers on the Quality specific requirements, Quality processes and Improvement initiatives in the Project.
- Monitor the Contractor's QA/QC Team performance at project, implementation of the contractor's Project Quality Plan, Quality procedures at Project and feedback to Quality manager and Project Manager in case of any deviation.
- Review Contractor's Daily/weekly and monthly Quality reports to ensure all data are verified, quality issues/ concerns are resolved per quality standards at Project.
- Preparing EGIS weekly/monthly reports and compare with contractor's submitted reports and ensure All Quality tasks, concerns, NCRs, Audits etc. are recorded, reported and Appropriate actions are taken on time.
- Verify the implementation/ Closure of the Quality Inspection/Audit reports and comments in the Project in coordination with Contractor QA/QC team.
- Responsible to issue NCR/CAR in the project in case of Contract and quality deviations in coordination with Project manager, verifying proper implementation and closure at Project.
- Conduct Audits on the Project/ Contractors per Audit schedule to ensure the compliance with their Plan, procedures, contract and quality requirements.
- Liaison with the client's representative on quality related issues during their visit.
- Participate in site and material inspections with Project team to monitor the quality requirements are implemented per approved method statements and approved Inspection and test plans.
- Maintain Project QA/QC documents, Reports and records.
Degree in Civil Engineering
Saudi Council Engineers Certification.
