As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and expanding our sales presence in KSA. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring your team hits ambitious sales targets. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and be a key player in shaping Grubtech's success in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives focused on acquiring and growing client accounts in the F&B sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with Grubtech's regional growth goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including restaurant groups, aggregators, and franchise operators.
  • Track team performance using CRM tools and ensure KPIs and targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the KSA F&B and tech landscape.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience and feedback loop.

Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality sector.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Deep understanding of the KSA market and proven ability to close deals within it.
  • Strong network within the KSA F&B and restaurant industry is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic.
  • Based in KSA.
