Our client is operating in the packaging industry. The company is a leading company in metal-based packaging (can) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Now we are looking for a Production Manager.

The Profile

  • Graduated from Engineering departments of prominent universities. Preferably Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in metal-based (can) packaging industry
  • Have strong leadership skills to lead large production teams.
  • Strong experience in quality management, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  • Experienced in managing production efficiency projects with 5S, 8D, and Kaizen methods.
  • Experienced in leading Production Planning and Maintenance teams.

No barrier to resident and work in Jeddah, KSA

Job Description

  • The position will report to the General Manager
  • Overseeing lid and can production
  • Building a safe environment within the production area
  • Maintaining machines and equipment to meet quality specifications of lids & cans
  • Arranging required personnel for production lines based on the production plan
  • Coordinating with planning the production schedule
  • Overseeing troubleshooting of machine and product issues
  • Determining spare part requirements and following up on spare orders
  • Improving production lines and processes with the help of relevant tools/practices
  • Keeping the production area clean and following best practices and hygiene standards
