Structural QA_QC

A dynamic construction company established in 2020, with an impressive record of completed and ongoing high-quality projects, is looking for an experienced Structural QA/QC Engineer. The Structural QA/QC Engineer ensures that all structural components, including concrete works, steel reinforcements, and structural assemblies, meet project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Inspect structural works, including concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork.
2. Verify compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality plans.
3. Ensure that structural materials meet design and testing requirements.
4. Supervise testing, such as concrete cube tests, load tests, and steel tensile tests. Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective measures are applied.
5. Maintain inspection logs, test results, and reports for structural activities.
6. Prepare progress reports and share findings with the Senior Structural Engineer.
7. Ensure structural works adhere to safety standards, project quality plans, and building codes.
8. Collaborate with contractors to resolve structural quality concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural QA/QC roles.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and structural testing tools.
4. Strong knowledge of concrete works, steel reinforcements, and structural systems.
5. Ability to review technical documentation and specifications.
6. Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
