Main Responsibilities :

  1. Overseeing the operations of multiple locations or branches within a designated area
  2. Ensuring each branch meets operational and financial goals
  3. Leading and managing a team of branch managers and staff
  4. Ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures across all locations
  5. Conducting performance evaluations and providing guidance to staff to improve performance
  6. Managing and maintaining stock, inventory, and budgeting for multiple locations
  7. Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met at each location
  8. Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics across the area

Essential Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
