We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Communication Expert to lead and oversee comprehensive communication strategies that enhance public perception, drive engagement, and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Public Relations (PR), Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, and Digital Communication, with a proven track record of managing high-profile campaigns and fostering effective stakeholder relationships. This position is based in Riyadh and is open to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to promote and protect the organization's image and reputation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure accurate and positive coverage.
  • Manage press releases, media briefings, and public statements to communicate organizational initiatives and achievements.

Marketing Communication:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing communication plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across all marketing channels.

Corporate Communication:

  • Lead internal and external communication efforts to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Develop communication policies and guidelines to standardize practices across departments.
  • Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and speeches for senior leadership.

Digital Communication:

  • Oversee the organization's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital communication strategies and optimize performance.
  • Implement innovative digital solutions to enhance audience engagement and interaction.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and the public.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication to foster trust and collaboration.

Event Management:

  • Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and exhibitions that highlight the organization's initiatives and milestones.
  • Ensure seamless communication before, during, and after events to maximize impact.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in communication roles, with a focus on PR, marketing, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communication within the context of urban development, infrastructure, and large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes communication and crisis management scenarios.
  • Experience working with government entities or large organizations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to craft and execute comprehensive communication plans.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
