We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide field HSE support and guidance across all activities.
  2. Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations.
  3. Support the safe development and delivery of operational processes.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and assist in setting goals and tools for improvement.
  5. Contribute to HSE performance measures and lessons learned.
  6. Educate and update the workforce on HSE matters.
  7. Assist in hazard identification and risk assessment.
  8. Promote a positive safety culture.
  9. Conduct safety audits and inspections.
  10. Participate in HSE management system reviews.
  11. Report and investigate incidents and near misses.
  12. Create training plans and support competency development.
  13. Respond to emergency situations and participate in drills.
  14. Support the setup of an effective emergency response system.
  15. Monitor workplace assessments and the quality of data entered into reporting tools.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  3. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  4. Health and Safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
