Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to meet production and service goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to upper management.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operations supervisory role or similar position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with operational software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
