We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Inspector to join our consultancy firm for the supervision of a prestigious hotel and hospitality project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural supervision and finishing works, specifically in hotels and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and design intent.
  2. Inspect finishing works, including interior and exterior architectural elements, ensuring high-quality execution.
  3. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Ensure compliance with international and Saudi building codes and hospitality standards.
  5. Monitor construction progress, report site issues, and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance items.
  6. Conduct quality control inspections for architectural and finishing works.
  7. Prepare site inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  2. 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural supervision and finishing works for hospitality projects.
  3. Previous experience working in reputable consultancy firms.
  4. Strong understanding of finishing materials, quality standards, and hospitality design requirements.
  5. Familiarity with international and Saudi building codes.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  7. Ability to join immediately.
Salary range

SAR 10,000 - 12,000 per month.
