Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our consultancy firm for supervising a prestigious high-rise development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have 10 to 15 years of electrical engineering experience, particularly in high-rise towers, and strong expertise in power distribution, lighting, ELV, and fire alarm systems—with a background working exclusively within consultancy firms (not contractors).

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise the installation and execution of electrical systems on-site, including LV, MV, lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm systems.


• Review electrical designs, load calculations, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and relevant codes.


• Ensure all electrical installations meet Saudi and international standards, particularly those applicable to high-rise and hospitality projects.


• Coordinate effectively with architects, mechanical and civil engineers, and contractors for seamless integration across disciplines.


• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure quality, performance, and safety standards.


• Provide on-site technical support and resolve design or execution-related issues in real time.


• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.


• Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation in English.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.


• 10 to 15 years of experience in electrical engineering for high-rise towers and hospitality projects.


• Expertise in power distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, and fire alarm installations.


• Prior experience working exclusively with consultancy firms (no contractor-only experience).


• Fluent in English (written and spoken).


• Proficient in electrical design and calculation software (e.g., ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and familiar with BIM tools.


• Strong knowledge of international and Saudi electrical engineering standards.


• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
