What You'll Do:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics or internal operations.
  • Structure and oversee various operational teams, ensuring efficiency and cohesion.
  • Supervise, coach, and train the workforce, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Create an unparalleled environment for team development and satisfaction.
  • Scale teams and processes to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Optimize and revamp processes, challenging existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Oversee quality, quantity, delivery timelines, transport costs, and overall efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, optimizing the entire order cycle.
  • Resolve operational challenges, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Collaborate with Noon's central team to implement and share global best practices.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce logistics or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner, enabling data-driven decision-making to improve financial performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to develop and manage projects, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruiting, leading, and building high-performance teams, with ongoing performance reviews.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Expertise in logistics and supply chain management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., proficiency in pivot tables and lookup functions) to gather, interpret, and implement data-driven solutions.
