Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert/Technical Expert in Algorithmic Trading and Market Making Solutions to join our team. This role involves providing expert knowledge, strategic guidance, and technical leadership to drive the development and optimization of trading algorithms and market-making strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills, extensive experience in financial markets, and advanced programming capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Advisory: Provide strategic insights and in-depth expertise on algo trading and market-making solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize complex trading algorithms and models to enhance trading efficiency and profitability.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market data to identify opportunities and trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the effective implementation of trading solutions.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training programs and create comprehensive documentation to disseminate knowledge across the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs and software developers to refine and advance trading strategies and solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of trading algorithms and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all trading activities adhere to relevant regulations and internal risk management policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in algorithmic trading or market-making roles, with a proven track record of developing and deploying successful trading strategies.
• Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a deep understanding of financial instruments and market microstructure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
