What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute Google Ads strategies for lead generation and conversions
  2. Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for performance tracking
  3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
  4. Implement and monitor conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and remarketing strategies
  5. Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Google Ads management
  2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  3. Experience in campaign automation, feed-based advertising, and audience segmentation
  4. Ability to manage large-scale, high-budget campaigns
  5. Google Ads Certification is a plus
