Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent, MSc holder is preferred.
  • 2-3 years lab/working experience in hematology department and other routine testing, or as an application specialist with similar technologies, with high throughput instruments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Region.
  • Knowledge of relevant markets and competitive landscape – IVD and Clinical Patient testing.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects.
  • Ability to work with several stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
  • Team working spirit and ability.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under minimal supervision with excellent attention to detail.
