Niceone is seeking a professional and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Category Manager specializing in Care, including personal care, hair care, and care devices. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage the development of these categories and enhance their market presence. The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, be results-oriented, and possess the ability to innovate within the Care categories to drive growth.

Responsibilities and Category Management:

  • Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability across Care categories, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the product assortment in categories such as personal care, hair care, and care devices.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate better terms, enhance product offerings, and ensure quality standards.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out, ensuring timely launches and discontinuation of products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of category specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in category management or a related field, preferably within the care sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of building profitable, sustainable partnerships.
