Job Overview

Provide support to BIM system senior management in implementing BIM practices across design and engineering disciplines during pre/post construction phases, gathering needed components to align construction, design and facility management information requirements, drawings, and 3D models. Ensure proper execution of works through monitoring project progress and team performance to deliver the projects on time while maintaining cost and quality parameters to meet The Red Sea Development Company's (TRSDC) business objectives and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating the supply chain to deliver high-quality information, data, and models to TRSDC and ensure the delivery of information to the TRSDC team and supply chain is in line with contract requirements.
• Assist in coordinating and assessing different factors that affect BIM development and analysis (logistics, project schedule specs, sensor, control management, etc.) and ensure supply chain delivery of high-quality data into the model to contribute to the success of the BIM system.
• Proactively take part in developing Employers Information Requirements for each asset and work with consultants and contractors to ensure proposed BIM Execution Plans are aligned to TRSDC standards.
• Ensure the implementation of open BIM standards such as (IFC or building SMART), and international standards such as (BS EN ISO 19650 or PAS1192 series).
• Assist in coordinating the legal implications of delivering good practice BIM and develop specific BIM Additional courses in BIM software (preferred) protocols and legal frameworks to drive contract creation.
• Assist in developing BIM models related to facility operations by adding all the required information to facilitate maintenance during the construction phase related to amenities and facilities.
• Ensure the implementation and management of a Common Data Environment to international standards, through Autodesk BIM360 and Aconex.
• Manage the integration progress of other data sources such as GIS and PMIS with the BIM data to provide Facilities Management and Asset Management Smart Destination capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Additional courses in BIM software (Preferred).
