JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Continuous Improvements Specialist who is passionate about enhancing processes and driving efficiency across our organization. This role plays a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Directorate of Engineering Services, where you will identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that promote operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering Services
- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and provide recommendations for further enhancements
- Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives and progress
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies
- Support the development and automation of processes through effective data analysis
- Track compliance with established business processes and report on non-conformance issues
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process improvement roles, preferably within a project management or construction environment
- Strong familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in leading training programs and workshops
- Proven ability to manage change and drive improvement initiatives
- Proficient with data analysis tools and project management software
- PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous
