Job Title: Digital Marketing Director.

Reports to: Senior Vice President Sales

Job Purpose

To lead Boutique Group's digital marketing strategy and execution across all online platforms, ensuring alignment with the Group's commercial goals, brand positioning, and luxury market expectations. The role is responsible for driving digital presence, optimizing customer engagement, and generating direct channel revenue through performance-driven digital initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement Boutique Group's digital marketing roadmap in alignment with commercial and brand strategies.
  2. Lead digital campaign planning, execution, and optimization across paid search, display, programmatic, email, and retargeting channels.
  3. Ensure integration of digital strategy with sales promotions, seasonal offers, and group-wide campaigns.

Leadership

  1. Lead a team of digital marketing professionals covering performance media, CRM, and social platforms.
  2. Foster a culture of innovation, performance measurement, and continuous learning within the team.

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, and Standards

  1. Ensure implementation and adherence to Boutique Group's digital marketing standards, data privacy policies, and governance protocols.
  2. Establish clear processes for campaign planning, content approvals, platform use, and reporting cycles.

Budgeting

  1. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget in coordination with the SVP – Sales and Finance.
  2. Optimize allocation of funds across paid media, tools, and agency support to maximize ROAS.

Data-Driven Marketing & Optimization

  1. Lead the use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards) to track traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  2. Identify trends and insights to improve ROI and enhance user targeting strategies across channels.
  3. Oversee A/B testing, content personalization, and performance benchmarking.
  4. Oversee the design, performance, and user experience of the Group's official websites and booking engines.
  5. Monitor and improve SEO, content relevance, speed, and conversion paths to maximize direct bookings.
  6. Collaborate with the Web Manager and Revenue team to ensure integrity rate and strategic content display.

Digital Marketing

  1. Oversee campaign execution across paid channels including search, display, social, programmatic, and video.
  2. Manage SEO strategy, web performance optimization, and booking funnel conversion across Boutique Group platforms.
  3. Guide CRM segmentation and email marketing strategies to support lifecycle and repeat engagement.
  4. Lead testing, optimization, and performance tracking of all digital activities.

Reporting

  1. Deliver regular reports on digital campaign performance, web analytics, and CRM outcomes to the SVP – Sales.

Provide insights on audience behavior, channel contribution, conversion rates, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications, Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  2. Demonstrated success in driving direct booking growth and digital ROI within hospitality or premium/luxury sectors.

Experience in luxury, hospitality, or destination marketing is preferred.
