  • Labor Laws Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices, including Saudization, gender equality laws, and health & safety regulations.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting through to onboarding, including the ability to source, screen, and select top talent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll systems.
  • Soft Skills: Organizational skills, Communication, Problem-Solving, Confidentiality, and Time Management.
