Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports using SAP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HCM configuration.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM based on client requirements.
  • Design E-Separation Modules.
  • Develop functional specifications.
  • Design integration with other HR/Payroll systems.
  • Test the components including integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM functionalities and ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform end-to-end testing and support user acceptance testing for payroll processes.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM related issues.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate project status updates and key decisions to stakeholders including project team members, functional leads, and senior management.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks within the SAP environment, develop mitigation strategies, and track their effectiveness.

Change Management:

  • Manage change requests within SAP, ensuring proper impact analysis and updates to project plans.
  • Facilitate user training and adoption of new SAP functionalities related projects.
