Role PurposeThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for sales tasks and achieving the given sales target. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
Job Accountabilities & Activities- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensure timely payment of receivables (collections).
- Monitor and report on market trends, potential projects, and competitor activity.
- Responsible for achieving the set sales target.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the product & marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Informing the product manager of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products and solution offerings meet current market needs.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Collecting, completing, and submitting all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.
University degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
Required Years of Experience2-3 years of proven sales experience in a related field.
