Our MEP Projects division provides solutions from design, engineering, supply, installation, and commissioning in one coordinated package or as individual services in conjunction with other contractors. Some of our projects include residential buildings, offices, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, schools, showrooms, public utility buildings, industrial units, mosques, warehouses, high-rise towers, and infrastructure works.
As a HSE Manager, you will be in charge of monitoring the safety environment and ensuring compliance with the project quality assurance system via a program of planned audits, advising the Project Manager on quality assurance matters.
The duties of the HSE Manager will include:
- Develop all the required documentation, operational checks, and reports for the HSE.
- Ensure the management system is compliant with OHSAS 18001/2007 and ISO 14001/2004.
- Manage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule.
- Provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action, and plan of implementation.
- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures.
To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:
- As per the requirement of the Holy City of Mecca, KSA, only Muslim applicants will be considered for this role.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH NGC/IGC is a must.
- 10 years of experience in HSE activities, especially in major MEP projects (preference for hotel projects).
- Experience in the GCC/Gulf construction market is a must.
