Online Consultant (Indian)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Indian Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms, such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist clients
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work full-time, including weekends if necessary
