Our client, a Saudi conglomerate is hiring an Organizational Psychologist.

The role will enhance workplace environments, improve employee well-being, and drive organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will:

  • Apply organizational behavioral principles to optimize workplace culture, performance, and engagement.
  • Conduct performance assessments and develop strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement employee well-being programs.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align psychological principles with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant subject
  • 5 + years experience in a similar role within KSA.
  • Experience leading performance assessments and well-being programs.
  • Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles is highly preferred.
  • Fluent Arabic is a must.
