The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality, fast-paced, and platform-native content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and real-time content. The role supports social media strategies by translating briefs and ideas into engaging visual content optimized for mobile consumption and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Create short-form, high-impact content for social media platforms (primarily Stories, Reels, Shorts, and fast edits). Shoot and edit video content optimized for mobile and social consumption. Adapt content to platform best practices (timing, formats, trends, pacing). Work closely with the Social Media Manager / Strategist to execute content plans and campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to align content with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives. Capture real-time content during events, activations, or campaigns when required. Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles. Organize and manage raw content, drafts, and final outputs efficiently. Requirements & Skills Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio required). Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing. Experience covering live events or on-ground activations. Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar. Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas. Preferred Skills Basic motion graphics or animation skills. Familiarity with content performance metrics and engagement insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
