Role Description

As a Presales - Tamheer Intern at Innovative Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the sales process by providing technical and operational assistance. This internship will provide you with practical exposure to presales activities, enhancing your understanding of cybersecurity solutions and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior presales engineers and sales teams to learn how to assess customer needs and present effective cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the presales team in evaluating customer requirements and technical specifications
• Support in preparing proposals and presentations that highlight our cybersecurity solutions
• Participate in customer meetings to help gather information and address inquiries
• Learn to conduct product demonstrations and assist in Proof of Value/Concept initiatives
• Collaborate with senior team members to create and update technical documentation
• Engage in training sessions to build your knowledge of our products and the cybersecurity landscape
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• Recent graduate with bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
• Strong interest in sales, technology, and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
