Job Description
CROWN KSA Dammam is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to manage and organize inventory within our fast-paced warehouse environment This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow and accurate record-keeping
Job Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts sit-down stand-up reach truck etc safely and efficiently to load unload stack and move materials within the warehouse
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns
- Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment ensuring correct product and quantity
- Maintain organized inventory by correctly placing materials in designated storage areas
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Valid forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete CROWN Americas LLC's forklift training and certification program.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
