Strategic Location:

SARAJ VENUE is built on a total land area of more than 27,000 sq. meters, located at Prince Mohammed bin Salman Street (80th street), with street 20 to the west and south, in the Hittin District, Riyadh.

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director of Banquets and Catering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the banquet and catering operations. You will work closely with clients to ensure their events are successful and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Oversee the planning and execution of banquet and catering events.
  4. Collaborate with the culinary team to create appealing menus.
  5. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banquet and catering industry in KSA.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
