Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage financial modules in the Oracle EBS system, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Cash Management.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
  • Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications in line with corporate processes and objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical and leadership support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions for users and team members.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other corporate systems and applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS developments and recommend system enhancements.
Human Resources:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain HR modules in Oracle EBS to enhance HR operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet organizational requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration of HR modules in Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems and provide technical support and issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic system audits and manage updates, upgrades, and data migration processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive training documents and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS functionalities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates and industry trends to apply best practices and improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on financial or HR modules.
  • Oracle certifications related to EBS in Finance or HR are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and/or HR processes and reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a leadership personality capable of managing teams and collaborating effectively in team environments.
