ROLE SUMMARY

The Training Associate Manager - Fresh Food is responsible for supporting business growth by developing the skills of employees in Fresh Food operations. The role holder is also responsible for assisting the Learning and Development Manager in executing relevant training initiatives tailored to Fresh Food teams, ensuring alignment with the required standards.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Design customized learning solutions and training plans that enhance technical and operational expertise in Fresh Food.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) specifically for Fresh Food teams (Butchery and Bakery) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
  • Create and design engaging training materials, ensuring they address both core Learning and Development principles and Fresh Food operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders in Fresh Food operations to gather input and feedback for program development.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training events, and on-the-job training sessions focused on Fresh Food processes and best practices.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver staff development programs aligned with business goals for Fresh Food operations.
  • Support the development of a training strategy and calendar based on performance assessments across Butchery and Bakery teams.
  • Research and implement effective training methods tailored to the Fresh Food environment, ensuring knowledge retention and practical application.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Fresh Food.
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development with a focus on Fresh Food operations (Butchery and Bakery is a must).
  • Strong knowledge of Fresh Food processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office.
