We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager ready to transition into an HR Director role. This role requires an individual with deep insight into strategic HR initiatives and a proven track record in fostering employee engagement and talent management. As HR Director, the successful candidate will be a cornerstone of our leadership team, connecting HR policies with broader organization goals.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the HR Director role is to steer HR and organizational initiatives that align with our corporate vision. The HR Director will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, driving talent management strategies, and harnessing data to strategically inform decision-making. This individual will also play a pivotal role in shaping workplace culture and driving change seamlessly across the organization.
