Corporate Governance And investor Relations Officer

KLCCA Legal Consulting and Corporate Affairs Company announces a job in Jeddah for a Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Officer for Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company, one of its special clients in the steel industry in KSA, Middle East.
The Al Yamamah company in Jeddah is looking for a corporate governance and investor relations officer (both sexes) to implement the corporate governance framework, investor relations, and compliance, ensuring that operations comply with CMA laws, regulations, and standards. The officer will work closely with the CEO, Senior Management, Board of Directors, and Shareholders.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance Framework Development and Execution: Develop and implement governance policies and procedures in line with regulations and best practices. Regularly review and update governance documents.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance with corporate laws and regulations. Manage disclosure forms and ensure timely submission of legal and regulatory reports.
- Board Support: Organize and coordinate Board and committee meetings, record accurate minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess governance-related risks and collaborate with teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders on governance matters and manage the complaint register.
- Communication Strategy: Develop an investor relations program to communicate the company's strategy and financial performance to investors.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and provide feedback to senior management.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and meetings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications and disclosures.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage investor events and prepare briefing materials for senior management.
- Organizing Investment Events: Participate in organizing annual general meetings and investor presentations.
Other:
- Salary will be determined based on years of experience and interview evaluation.
- Working hours: 07:30 am to 05:30 pm (Sunday to Thursday).
- The candidate should preferably reside near the workplace.
- Experience in managing websites and social media accounts is preferred.
- The final selection will be made by Senior Management at Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Suitable legal qualification (Minimum of Bachelor Degree).
- Good appearance.
- Strong communication and public relations skills.
- At least 3 years of experience (preferably in companies regulated by the money market).
- Proficient in Computer, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office Software.
- Ability to innovate and solve organizational and administrative problems.
