MECCA Hornsby | Operations Specialist
We're looking for a Store Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Hornsby team on a Fulltime contract.
The Role You Could Play
Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Keeping all stock managed and controlled
- Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standard
- Managing and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups
- Ensuring store VM and appearance standards are met
- Working closely with the store leadership team to empower, train, and develop the store team's performance on store operations tasks and procedures

Your energetic nature thrives in a team environment, contributing to our motivated and supportive team dynamics. As an Operations Specialist, you have a keen eye for detail and are easily able to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required.
