As a key member of our team, you will support various project teams through your advanced scheduling techniques and management capabilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive portfolio schedules for multiple projects
  2. Integrate project schedules into a master portfolio schedule to facilitate overall project tracking
  3. Conduct thorough schedule risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  4. Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project plans and schedules
  5. Manage the identification of dependencies and milestones across projects
  6. Review and analyze schedule submissions from project teams and contractors
  7. Provide mentorship and guidance on scheduling best practices to junior staff
  8. Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to scheduling efficiency
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  2. At least 10 years of experience in project scheduling, with a significant focus on portfolio management
  3. Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
  4. Solid understanding of Earned Value Management principles
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting techniques
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  8. Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff is a plus
