We are seeking passionate, high-spirited individuals to join the pre-opening team at Kimpton Riyadh, the first Kimpton hotel in the Middle East, located in King Abdullah Financial District.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Overseeing staff housing allocation and maintenance, including check-ins, check-outs, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and facility upkeep.
  • Managing inventory of furniture, appliances, and amenities.
  • Supporting staff residents and addressing their concerns.
  • Enforcing housing policies and conducting inspections.
  • Managing the budget for staff housing expenses.
  • Maintaining records of housing assignments, requests, and inventory.
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance in accommodations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability to ensure staff well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury international hotels with GCC exposure.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.

Additional Expectations

Teamwork, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during busy periods or emergencies is expected.
