Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for aftersales customers, addressing concerns and providing support.
  • Propose, explain & sell Workshop Business Products to Workshop customers, enabling Workshops to reach their Labor & Spare Parts targets.
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to aftersales services.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and regular updates.
  • Promote and sell Service products.
  • Solid commercial vehicles technical background.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of aftersales processes and products.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Job Card process, WIP management, and Invoicing process.
  • Genuine Spare Parts knowledge (features/advantages/pricing).

Personality Traits:

  • Customer-focused.
  • Outgoing in interacting with customers.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Business Administration or any relevant degree.
