Job Description:

Seclore is seeking dynamic and motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and problem-solving to join our team as Trainee. This role is designed for Saudi nationals with an engineering background, offering an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain exposure to various business functions, including Solutioning, Support, and Technical Consulting.

Work Areas: Solutioning, Support, Technical Consulting

Required Experience: 0-1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Assist in resolving technical queries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in solution design, deployment, and configuration activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting issues related to Seclore's solutions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Document processes, solutions, and user feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity and data protection technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related Engineering fields.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and software troubleshooting.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred to align with localization initiatives.
