Captain Waiters | Riyadh | Nikkei Style Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CAPTAIN WAITERS to join the prestigious Nikkei-style restaurant in the heart of Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of waitstaff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a deep understanding of our Nikkei cuisine.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring an elevated dining experience.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, including sake and wine.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation are met at all times.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and prompt action.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining or upmarket restaurant.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be presentable, polite, and professional at all times.
