Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role focuses on leveraging digital channels to support business goals and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  2. Manage and optimize the company's website and content to improve SEO and user experience.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging content and visuals for online marketing.
  5. Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
  6. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.
  7. Maintain and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling relevant content.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or catering industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  4. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  6. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  1. Background in the food and beverage or airport lounge industry.
  2. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working in a team-oriented environment.
