The role of the Events Creative Specialist aims to ensure the delivery of innovative and distinctive ideas for all events, exhibitions, and conferences organized by the company based on requests from clients in the governmental, semi-governmental, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

The Creative Specialist is responsible for developing innovative and appealing ideas for all aspects of the event, from the overall concept to the finer details. They will create professional presentations that reflect these ideas, taking into account the client's identity and needs.

Job Duties:

  1. Creative Planning: Develop innovative ideas for all types of events, taking into account client objectives and budget.
  2. Presentation Design: Create professional and engaging presentations using various design software.
  3. Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest trends in event design and apply them to projects.
  4. Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with all relevant departments (such as marketing, production, and logistics) to gather necessary information and coordinate efforts.
  5. Providing Support: Offering necessary support to the team by supplying creative concepts and relevant information.
  6. Monitoring and Auditing: Tracking the stages of event implementation and ensuring alignment with the presented creative concepts.
  7. Reporting: Providing regular reports on the progress of work and achieved accomplishments.

Required Skills:

  1. Design Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  2. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver presentations in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  3. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate new and innovative ideas and execute them practically.
  4. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges that may arise during project execution.
  6. Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
  7. Attention to Detail: Focus on the fine details in design and execution.

Requirements:

  1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in event design or a related field.
  3. Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  4. Passion: Genuine passion for event design and innovation.
  5. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes and challenges.
  6. Positive Attitude: Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  7. Ability to Work Under Pressure: Commitment to deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
  8. Teamwork Skills: Ability to work well within a team.
