The Project Controller is poised to become an integral and trusted member of the Regional Customer Success team. In this capacity, they will play an active role in contributing to designated Consulting projects and Success Engagements, collaborating closely with diverse project team members. A key aspect of their responsibilities is to ensure the smooth tracking and monitoring of the key performance indicators for assigned projects, delivering detailed monthly reports to the management. This entails fostering strong collaboration within the project team to guarantee the effective and efficient execution of tasks and the achievement of project objectives.

1. Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Contributing to the development and upkeep of project documentation, with a specific focus on monitoring project budgets, invoicing, revenue recognition, and forecasting revenue/costs for active projects, along with other relevant operational duties.
3. Assisting the Project Manager in ensuring that the IFS project team is well-informed about the critical business requirements outlined by the customer.
4. Working under the guidance of the IFS Project Manager, as appropriate, to plan and execute specific project activities.
5. Assisting the Project Manager to generate customer invoices, compile support documentation, and oversee the approval and payment processes with the Finance team.
6. Supporting Project Managers in providing month-end Cost & Revenue accrual data to the Finance team and facilitating the monthly reversal of project accruals.
7. Assisting in the monthly development of the Profit and Loss forecast and analysis for the Market Unit.
8. Addressing information requests from senior leadership and stakeholders.
9. Strengthening the knowledge base and collaboration tools within the team.
10. Identifying and highlighting project risks, recording them systematically, and communicating them effectively to the relevant stakeholders.

Education and Experience

1. University degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or an applicable education in operations, or equivalent.
2. Certified Associate in Project Management, or equivalent Project Management Essentials certification, or equivalent project management experience.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the consulting, enterprise software, or system integrators environments.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Experience with participating in or managing software implementation projects.
2. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Excel, Excel Macros (VBA), MS Project, SharePoint.
3. Good business aptitude and fast learner.
4. Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
5. Financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Demonstrated ability to focus on detail, consistency and quality in written communications and presentations.
