We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah
This includes maintaining accurate inventory records monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of stock You will also be responsible for implementing efficient inventory management processes and identifying areas for improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control and management
- Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate systems
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock as needed
- Implement efficient inventory management processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends patterns and potential issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper communication and coordination of inventory needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock
- Train and supervise staff in inventory control procedures
- Conduct regular audits of physical inventory to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
- Fluent in English Arabic language skills preferred
Salary 1200$ per month
This is a contract job open for all nationalities However preference will be given to Nepali candidates who have their own visa Prior experience in a similar role is required
